Cole is the Director of ALCON Intelligence Ltd, which delivers practical intelligence solutions that help clients operate with clarity and confidence. ALCON supports individuals, teams, and organisations through training, capability-building and advisory services.
Cole served 15 years in the New Zealand Army, finishing his career in the intelligence corps. He deployed across the Middle East and Pacific, supported special operations, and spent time instructing at the School of Military Intelligence and Security. After leaving the military, he worked in regulatory intelligence as both a principal analyst and intelligence manager, later expanding into managing GEOINT capability and data analytics.
He holds postgraduate qualifications in International Security and the New Zealand Diploma of Intelligence Analysis. He is also a proud member of the International Association for Intelligence Education and the New Zealand Institute of Intelligence Professionals. Cole is passionate about developing analysts and teams and is excited to contribute his experience to the training efforts at IntelligenceHQ.
